One standing demo club and tournament, one account per RBAC role. Pick a role below to sign in as that account directly — no password to remember. Everything you see is enforced by the same RLS policies as a real account, not a simulated view.
Club Roles
Access comes from a club’s own staff table, or a family relationship to a player at one.▸
Admin of Usna Gali (org_members), which holds both the club and tournament entitlements. Can create clubs and tournaments there, but isn’t automatically club or tournament staff at either.
The club’s business owner: rename it, add or remove staff, manage all three teams (U8, U15 Girls, U15 Boys), finances, membership. Cannot author development records or finalize a tournament roster — those are the coach’s.
club_staff role=coach, assigned only to U15 Girls. Can’t see U8’s or U15 Boys’ roster, sessions, or evaluations at all.
Same team assignment as the coach account above (U15 Girls) — compare the two roles on the exact same roster. Runs operations (documents, membership, fee visibility for U15 Girls only) but cannot author evaluations, goals or private coach notes.
The technical administrator — club_it_admin. Holds no business permission at all: zero players, zero finances, zero teams. Can review the audit trail and start a logged “view as” session to troubleshoot someone’s access.
Guardian of a U15 Girls player. Sees that player’s fees, schedule, and evaluations — nothing about other players on the team.
Signed in as a U15 Girls player directly — the player-side counterpart to the guardian account above, same player.
Tournament Roles
Access comes from a tournament’s own staff table, or the org that hosts it.▸
Admin of Usna Gali (org_members), which holds both the club and tournament entitlements. Can create clubs and tournaments there, but isn’t automatically club or tournament staff at either.
Organizer of Tiger Cup at Davao Unity Sports, a tournament-only org. Belongs to no org and is not an org admin — everything comes from tournament_staff. Can accept or decline entries, add entries and categories and manage staff, but sees no club or player data and nothing at other tournaments.
tournament_it_admin on Tiger Cup — the technical role, same shape as club IT admin. Holds no business authority: cannot accept entries, run finance or post announcements. Can create/reissue staff logins, suspend accounts, and read the audit trail.
Reviews Tiger Cup entries — can leave a note or raise a flag, and read a team’s contacts — but cannot accept or decline. That authority stays with the Organizer alone, on purpose.
Reviews documents teams upload to their Tiger Cup entry (waivers, insurance, roster forms) — approve, reject with a reason, or remove. No entry decisions, no finance.
Runs Tiger Cup’s Finance tab — issues entry-fee invoices, records payments, verifies or rejects a team’s submission. No say over entries, documents or announcements.
Posts and retracts Tiger Cup announcements to entered teams — the only role besides Organizer/org admin that can. Everything else in the console is read-only for this account.
Assigns officials from the org’s pool to Tiger Cup’s own matches and roles (referee, assistant, fourth official, commissioner). Can see the whole pool but cannot add or deactivate an official there — that stays an org admin call.
A linked official (org_officials), not tournament_staff — no console at all, just their own profile and assignments at /official. Head Referee for Davao Unity Sports, already assigned to both Tiger Cup and National Team Qualifiers.
The demo club and tournament are both publicly listed — this is what a guest (nobody signed in) sees.
